You’re halfway through the month, which means you’ve been working out for two weeks. This is around the time you want to see microwave results. You know, the kind of results that are instant. As much as I would like my gym to go back to normal, I also want to see you succeed! Fitness doesn’t happen over night or even in two weeks. Now is not the time to start slacking.
Prove others wrong, keep going, make this fitness thing more than a new year’s resolution…make it a lasting commitment to a better you.
