We had the pleasure of NanaDale teaching us how to make butter out of whipping cream, last week. First you pour the whipping cream into a shakeable container…then you SHAKE (about 15 to 20 minutes).
Once the liquid becomes a cream, we banged/hit the container against the ground, knocking the milk away from the butter (you can also use a cheese cloth).
We removed the milk and added some salt.
The rest is history!
